Well - they did warn us.

I read some time ago that Oca isn't to be harvested until tops are frosted and, better yet to leave them another two weeks.  
With a bit of a Hooley still practicing, as in shoulder charge the door/gate to move back----->front outside house. Last night was the noisiest wind I've heard for some time.

Since the Solar panels are kicking out in excess of 1.5kW and about 2/10 cloud at the moment I ventured without.  It was cool without so came back within and donned a jacket.

First stop - Oca - slain - Wait a fortnight.  Next stop - shoulder-charge the gate and check the ?˚C.  Coolest the Shed-end has reported thus far 0˚C. 
I noticed, almost simultaneously, the Shed End had been shot blasted by a thin layer of WHAT Snow? Ice?? Let's call it Snice.
