Done farming

It's been bitterly cold today and there had been a frost overnight.   We went for a local walk and there were lots of branches down from the storm.  There were also big banks of leaves blown by the wind and lots of frozen puddles and tracks.

My blip is of this lovely derelict tractor in a field that we passed.  I think that it must have been retired a long time ago!

I'm pleased to have had a few more sightings of the blackcap on the grapes - when the blackbirds aren't there of course.
