Spooky walk...

The gang went on a very interesting walkup behind Castle Menzies this morning.  They passed some very interesting rock formations, including rocks with carvings on them.  

Agnes was a bit freaked out as Lola was apparently behaving strangely and Agnes was convinced Lola could smell something strange - "it's always the dog walkers who find the bodies!" she exclaimed much to David and Adrian's amusement :-))

Happily no bodies were discovered on this walk and they returned safe and hungry!

After lunch we headed to Kenmore and had a mooch around the shop.  Bought some Christmas pressies and some chutney and pickle (what's the difference?) to have with cheese later.  I also bought a very cosy hat and mitts as after a damp and milder day today, the temperature is due to plummet tomorrow.

Back to the lodge for dinner and another cosy evening reading, crocheting (started a scarf) and playing daft games.  The chutney and pickle were delicious :-)
