Wide Wednesday - With Nature

Another dreich day but I managed out for a walk without getting wet in the afternoon. Just a light dusting of snow on the Campsies.

Friends Anne and Christina came for coffee this morning. It was great to catch up with both of them, even though Anne's news was heart-breaking. 

Not only did she lose her husband, Drum, in July, but one of her daughters, whose husband has an incurable brain tumour, has herself recently been diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. What are the chances of that happening?! Such a worry for Anne and the rest of the family.
