South Kensington Pedestrian Tunnel B&W

More effective in large ("L").

Choosing today's blip has been tricky! The light was wonderful today: I took sets of exposures for HDR, detail shots in the darker corners of the museum (I'd found some details over the winter, but was waiting for better light...), and I also took some photos in the pedestrian tunnel that leads from South Ken. tube station along beneath Exhibition Road.

Over the weekend I bought myself the Nik Collection of plug-ins and have been very much enjoying getting to know them since then; today was my first time using HDR Efex Pro 2 to process my HDR sets, and I've been rather pleased with the results, but that can wait until another day because I was even more piqued by the results of using Silver Efex Pro 2 to process my tunnel photographs.
As much as I'm loathe to start with an unsubtle picture (the more subtle ones were also nice), I did rather like this particular view of the tunnel after conversion to B&W. This also feels the most different from my usual blips!

p.s. I've previously blipped another part of this tunnel here.
p.p.s. As ever, critique is welcome!
