Tasman Challenger, Mussel Boat.

I wandered down to the beach to cast for a Kahawai. Very pleasant in the dying light hoping for a blip to happen by when a Mussel Harvester, "Tasman Challenger" entered the scene from in the next bay. Not a speedy vessel so I had time to put the rod down and get the camera out. Fired off a shot or two  and  I noticed the sky had a distinct pink tinge. Changed lens and by then the tinge had become spectacular. I grabbed a shot or two and suddenly the sky was just grey again.
Sometimes it pays to have the gear along just in case.....
The dust spots on the background hill are sheep. The hill is called Sheep Point.
