Heart and Soul

Maybe it's the continuing cold weather, maybe it's catching up on lack of sleep from Sunday night, or maybe it's just me.

But is there not something a little depressing in the fact that "The heart and soul of Edinburgh's exchange district" is three boarded up shop fronts in a massive office building which has less than 50% occupancy?
