Lazy

This is a very lazy blip.  I left it too late to go out for a photograph, so I looked at today's theme for "Abstract Thursday" which turned out to be "post processing".  Now I'm not particularly keen on applying filters or effects just to change an image or to make it more abstract.  Indeed, the original image here was quite abstract (a macro image of a section of a kitchen grater).  However, just for the challenge, I applied am emboss filter.


I confess I don't like the result, but I'm not in the mood now to find another photograph.  As I said, a lazy blip.

I've now replaced the original image with one which is - very marginally - better.
