Calm Before the Storm

This afternoon is the calm before the storm here. We are expecting our first real snowstorm of the season in just a few hours. It has been unseasonably warm up until now, so the grass is still green, but I think that is about to change. Winter’s brown will soon dominate my landscapes.

I learned about the existence of Blipfoto about a week ago, and I decided to give it a try. I’ve done two 52 week photo projects with 52Frames.com, and this seems like the next logical step. This day marks my first blip, and the start of my new photography project.
