Structure at Dawn

Fiery colours at dawn this morning revealed a structure on a barge out in the Firth of Forth.  I believe it to be the base for a marine wind turbine.
Only its accompanying tug (Carlo Martello) shows up on ShipAIS.

The cold night air has caused a weak mirage effect on the bases of the distant islands that seem to float above the sea with an inverted image beneath (Fata Morgana).

The island on the left is Craigleith.  The one on the right, with the lighthouse, is Fidra.

All viewed from my bathroom window in Kirkcaldy.
