13:00 and still Zero Degrees Celcius!

Might not be cold for those in Finland, Norway, etc. but for an early afternoon temperature it's pretty cold for the UK.
You can see that where the sun has touched the ice and frost has melted but in the shade it stayed all day and now, it's evening and the temperature is dropping again. 
Currently -4 deg C with thick freezing fog, that's just under 25 deg F.
