Flying High

I very nearly destroyed my Fuji X100V camera today in my haste to grab my Sony to get a shot of this paraglider when I spotted him/her through the living room window at lunchtime. I've got all my cameras displayed on a shelf in my study now, but the straps got tangled up. The Fuji bounced off the edges of two shelves before I managed to catch the strap and avoid it hitting the floor. Luckily no serious damage seems to have been done, to the camera or shelves. I will have to rethink the storage setup though.

Anyway I got my blip. It doesn't look very safe to me either.

Otherwise a quiet day. We've been for an uneventful walk and had a Skype with daughter#2. I think I will do a bit more work on my photo book now.
