Getting up was hard today, made slightly easier by the fact that its now pretty much dawn by the time i get to the station.  And it's definitely still daylight after 4pm. Summer is coming.

Its Annual Review time at work at the moment and while I only have a handful of direct line reports I feed into a larger number of people as their assignment lead.  I do enjoy the people side of things - which you wouldn't necessarily think if you sometimes see me in 'delivery mode' - and can get quite passionate about developing and rewarding people.
