Law

There were times during this afternoon's East Fife v Falkirk match when it was more interesting to watch the sunshine and shadows play on Largo Law (pictured).

Relatively early on in the game, the East Fife goalkeeper was sent off and thereafter the home team seemed content to sit back and defend. Falkirk, for their part, made heavy weather of breaking down the packed defence and it was into the second half before they made the breakthrough. Rather than extend their lead, the Bairns found themselves under pressure from the 10-man side from Methil and it took a breakaway goal in stoppage time to secure the win. Largo Law by this time was in semi-darkness and didn't hold as much allure as earlier.

A good day out nonetheless.
