Girls (and Boys)

Completed the emptying of the study this morning, and with the exception of the bed, the main bedroom is also empty.  Can't say there is a lot of room left in the spare bedroom and second study and tomorrow everything has to be swapped over to allow the fitting of the other carpets.

I had a few moments to capture some of the garden activity around the bird feeders, but on this occasion from an upstairs bedroom.  The main image is of female chaffinch, the extras for comparison is a male chaffinch.  It is certainly true that the gaudy colours are often reserved for the male of the species.
