Scrap

The scrap metal yard on the North Circular Road  fascinates me with its heap of twisted cars, once proud “investments” and now mangled pieces of compressed steel and plastic. Beyond is the chimney of the waste incinerator. A very salubrious part of east London. 

I was passing on my way back from an errand to Enfield and I think it trumped the photo I took earlier of a pretty bridge in the town park.
