The Fernery

The restored Victorian fernery in Benmore Gardens, taken through a gap in the fence from the Glen Massan road. This wonderful building was restored a couple of years ago and is well worth a visit - as is the stretch of hilly garden to the west of it, now reopened after work during the winter.

There is also restoration and construction work happening at the one-time Golden Gates; I'll be interested to see what finally emerges here!
