While at the Peak Sports Centre today  I learnt that 
Team GB  Winter Olympics  curling team,  who brought home the only gold medal in the Beijing, trains here.
 
One of the team, Vicky Wright, works as a nurse in the Forth Valley NHS hospital, Larbert. She even took time out from curling training when her ward was converted to a Covid ward.
 
So special congratulations to them all.
