Pilots

Yesterday we departed from Rotterdam with the Thialf, bound for the northern North Sea. A location called Vega at the Norwegian Continental Shelf. It will take us more or less four days to get there. The weather forecast is not too good so we hope to arrive around May 9th. This morning, the pilot had some difficulties to disembark our tug to the pilot tender. The weather was too choppy for a small boat like this. I looked like a sort of rodeo, despite the lee side we created. But after numerous attempts, he managed to get off unharmed.
