Light and Shade

I managed a woodland walk this afternoon.  Too soon for any new foliage on the deciduous trees so the low sun was streaming through the trees and casting long shadows across the path.

This is actually a photo of those shadows across the path which have been rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise.
