Fresh Air

We’ve had a very good day.
The weather was again beautiful though slightly hazy first thing. 
We went on a very slow gondola over to Hochgurgl, and explored the runs round there. 
There is a new bar and viewing platform at 3030 metres just below the summit of Wurmkogl ( which is 3082 metres) . It’s a striking futuristic design with an outdoor viewing balcony looking over the  view towards the Dolomites, (see extra). Breathtaking in several senses.
We had lunch and a coffee, and took photos. It was well below freezing up there and you couldn’t take your gloves off for long. Extra shows the view.
