...or should they go? Should the seasonal lights stay a little longer just to be blipped? I think they will go soon, as the snow and ice that covered their extension cord has thawed away.

Thawing has finally started happening in the woods, too. I drove the path that I blipped four days ago again, and it was much easier now. The forecast has a few more nice days ahead, but a stormy Saturday and colder next week. A little late for subzero max temperatures, but the snow will stay a little longer after getting thinner first, which will help me gather some more firewood. There's so little done now after spending 3/4 of the last two months recovering from the rib injury.
