New Born

Ali and John headed out early to do an 8 mile walk around some peaks - the rest of us set off a bit later to visit a farm park.  Apart from the 'toboggan ride' and boat trip there were real farm animals with a barn where the lambs were being born.  We were fortunate enough to actually see a birth and the twin arriving not long after.  This is a first-time mum and will stay in the barn with her twins until they have fully bonded - apparently sheep are not always naturally good mothers.

A very pleasant day, especially when it warmed up a bit.  Unicorns arriving at the farm in the summer - good to hear the genuine animals exists!
