Metamorphosis

Had my fitness review at the Peak Sports centre and pleased to report that blood pressure, pulse and weight are down. Not a lot but at least it’s a start.
 
The transient nature of dying flowers provided today’s blip for abstract Thursday. I found this image among a bunch of tulips on the kitchen table.
