Mixing Wine

My bramble tip wine is far too sweet, my elderflower wine too dry. Solution, mix them. So at 70% elderflower and 30% bramble tip, here we are. Needs time to mellow, but a good scent of elderflower. I'll leave it a few weeks to clear and then bottle it. As for the remains (70% bramble tip and 30% elderflower), it can hang around until I have another too-dry wine to add to them. They do it with Scotch, don't they?
