Peony

Another beauty from my garden, first of the flowers. It was here, with the other one the other side of the summer house when we moved in 18 years ago. I had already learnt that you leave them to do their own thing as they do not like to be disturbed, and so I get rewarded each year. 

Walked into town this morning B&Q first port of call, remembered I needed a replacement spool and line for the strimmer, then PC World for an external drive for the laptop for my SA trip next month. Then walked back up the hill. That is when I remembered why I normally drive down and back!! Still it was good exercise, and I met some friends who were waiting for a bus when I got to the top. So spent a few minutes chatting to them:-)

This afternoon has been spent, attempting to clear my in tray and failing! Tomorrow is another day. :-(
