Wide Wednesday - Architecture

When I think about architecture in Sydney, this is what first comes to mind although there is plenty and varied interesting architecture around.  Today has been raining with very heavy lashings at time, it hadn't let up when I went out to get this shot tonight so I was holding a brolly over the tripod and camera and still think I have some water drops on the lens here.    I was tossing up between this one and the extra which shows the contrast of the old warehouses at the rocks and the modern skyscrapers behind.  There were lights dancing on the harbour bridge too so I suspect they are getting ready for Vivid.

The senior playdate was a success.  Lunch was just a hearty soup and crusty bread and then lemon pudding.  I made the soup yesterday so little to no prep needed.  I think it was good for mum to have some socialising as she doesn't get out much other than for the usual appointments and with covid, any regular socialising has fallen by the wayside.

Tomorrow I have a zoom meeting in the afternoon and mum has her haircut.   It's all go here.
