Dandelions are done,
Buttercups are blooming.

I was supposed to be meeting Angie and her friend at Froggatt Edge today, but I hurt my back gardening yesterday, the usual dodgy muscle, so wasn't sure I'd make it. This morning I was sure I wasn't going, which was a shame because I like it there. It's not the climbing that would hurt, it's the one hour plus sitting in the driving seat to get there.

So... I put my new shoes on and did Wk3 Run1 of Couch to 5k along the cycle track without too much bother, then decided to tack a local walk on rather than going straight home and did four or five short sprints during it. Go me!

I'm going to do my back exercises a few times today, and try not to sit down!
