It certainly is!

Yes, it certainly is a waiting room. My doctors appointment was for 17:15, I was called into the room at 17:45. I didn't really mind, it's nearing the end of the day and those few odd minutes, at the end of each consultation, have had all day to build up. Plus, the doctor I was seeing is just wonderful. I won't go into any details but he explained what was wrong, after investigation of the couple of areas I am having a problem with. He is putting through a referral request, which should only take a couple of weeks to see the consultant at the hospital.
