Matilda’s Little Cousin

Mr Bean was in town, well not the real one nor was this the real car but it made folk look twice. I’m guessing the owner was a little like Mr Bean on account he left all the windows open when in the supermarket. Either that or the windows don’t work!

The owner returned as I took this photo, apparently he has an older one in Almond Green just like Matilda. He says he has had that one from new and it has never been off the road.

Both the Morris Minor and the Mini were designed by Alec Issigonis. What a clever chap.
