The Knee

About 14 years ago I tore the anterior cruciate ligament of my right knee.  It never fully recovered and osteoarthritis began and has gradually got worse over the years.  In February I had a steroid injection but this didn't help.  Today I had steroid injection #2 - different dose, different side of knee - fingers crossed :-)
