Day 4
Had an easy start to the day, we had croissants and juice on our apartment terrace, watching a large cruise ship pull in. We packed up and left, hoping to go to the museum, but it appeared to be closed down. We cycled to the Fort St George where we thought we would get a coffee, but closed for a function! Anyway had a walk around the perimeter, where we could see the secret submarine base. We had a long drink stop back near the beach, then went for a tasty bruschetta, before queuing to get the tickets for the ferry back to split. A nice relaxing journey on the ferry, then we looked for our room in Split. Had a nice walk around Split, the Roman buildings are amazing, then dinner.
7km walked, and only 8km cycled.
