The Sky Man Cometh!

Sky wrote to me and said because I had been a long standing customer they would replace my current Sky HD+ box with a new Sky Q box completely free of charge!  The technical benefits were a bit obscure (for me), but being a true Yorkshireman, to be offered 'summat for nowt' was of great interest.  
I agreed to the offer and today the Sky Man came and did the necessary.  All seems well except all the buttons on the remote control have changed/relocated - and all my previous settings cannot be transferred to the new box.
Ho hum - hours of fun loom ahead....... :-)
