Worcester Day 2

We took Raffy to Gheluvelt Park this morning.   He had a good time on the swings and rides for the little ones and he liked watching the ducks. We then took him to the splash pool, but he wasn't dressed for that, i.e. in swimwear, although he watched the bigger children romping around through the fountains, the water must have been very cold!

Lunchtime, Emma and Raffy went off to Birmingham Airport to catch a plane to Paris and meet up with Andy.  She sent a lovely photo of Rafferty sitting on the suitcase while they were waiting for their call to the boarding gate.  I've put this in the extras.

Ann and I went out for a little walk after the tennis with liquid refreshment in mind.  The Coffee Club was closed, so it would appear was FRED's.  So we changed tack and went to the Talbot pub on The Tything where they have a very good garden.  We had a nice drink there and wandered home via St George's Square where they were having the Annual Summer Fair.  I took a couple of snaps there, the weather was certainly perfect for the event.
