Floof

Lots of fluffy floof underfoot as walked round Corstorphine Hill Cemetery this morning. Went out, early for me, as it was cloudy & not yet at unbearable stage. There was a nice breeze & the clouds & trees gave shade when the sun came thru.

Most of the wildflowers have dried out to seed, grass was looking good despite how short it was & always superneat round the war graves.

Not many conkers forming but lots of copper beechnuts.

The lime trees are out in flower but not aware of the usual sent, maybe just been too dry. Still not alot of bees around although do see some in the evening when a bit cooler.

Certainly a lot more bearable today with some of the cloudy day & breeze although house still a bit warm. Must look into solar powered fans, but maybe not right now, maybe in off season when not so expensive.

I know some of you will enjoy all this sun but I burn & it is a faff putting on suncream then it working its way eyewards when out walking.

Like alittle sun in moderation but love lots of sun in late autumn when it's cool.
