I am really disappointed in the current forest practices where all living trees are felled and only some dried up ones are left standing. The forest is regarded as a field of trees where you can harvest the full crop when you feel that it is ripe. Fortunately, the policies are changing but too slowly for my taste,.

This forest was destroyed just beside our former President Kekkonen's summer cottage. It would never have happened during his presidency.
