Jungle

Our garden has turned into a bit of a jungle in our absence. These thistles are reaching for the sky. In competition with the sunflowers maybe? There’s not much prospect of any serious gardening work being done for a while. Graham is off to his mums tomorrow for a few days at least as she is struggling at the moment. Remedial work on our garden is beyond me sadly but I can maybe chip away at the edges! Everything is so dry at the moment and no rain forecast. A taste of things to come no doubt.
