A challenging swim

So H and I sat on the steps and watched the water for a while, wondering quite how we were going to get in... and out again. But we did. It was a little bit challenging. That ledge is quite high up so it's pretty deep and it was a bit lively. So exhilarating though. You can see H still bobbing around there, but I got tired before she did. Had a nice big coffee afterwards!

A bit unsettled today, partly worry about J, and partly pre-trip anxiety, I've managed to panic-pack, but I think what to wear tomorrow and what not to forget on the way out, will make more sense at 4.30am than it does now! Better get some zzzzz!
