The Green Sky……

I have never before seen a sky with such a green cast. It is away up the Wairau Valley near the Nelson Lakes. The High Street bridge is in the mid-distance. Maisie lost her little Hi-Vis jacket this morning. Once I saw it was gone I retraced my steps and searched for it in clumps of trees and shrubs…… places she usually checks out, to no avail. I’ll have another hunt for it tomorrow. I’m sad about it’s loss as my friend, Mary made it for Maisie and it looked so good on her.
