Watch dog

A trip into Edinburgh to the jewellers where Mrs Rex's watch was bought 13 months ago. A flat battery apparently, but the watch has to be sent off somewhere down south to be fixed. That will be sixty quid and a minimum three week wait thank you very much. Chancers! I was tempted to suggest Timpsons as an alternative. Ten pounds and a five minute wait but that was voted down. So that's not happening then...

Stopped off in South Queensferry on the way home for a quick photo. Only the dog noticed and kept a watchful eye on me instead of the fish suppers he had been ogling...
