NOT if you hate spiders

Hopefully, if you hate the sight of spiders you've not looked at this entry.  If you have, I can only apologise, but I did try to warn you in the image title.

But while we are dealing with the less pleasant denizens in the undergrowth, I see that our local MP Jacob Rees-Mogg, has today quietly managed to make his business partner Dominic Johnson, a minister of state in the the Dept for International Trade.  Johnson, an asset fund manager,  is a significant Tory donor and Rees-Mogg's partner at Somerset Capital Management (Rees-Mogg's Hedge Fund).  Nothing that reeks of cronyism at all then. Still I guess if you are going to take advantage of your position to hand out jobs for your friends, then it makes sense to do it while people's attention is elsewhere.
