Harvest

We attended a harvest festival service this morning at St Cuthbert’s Allendale.   The photo is of the window ledge adjacent to our pew. All offerings brought to church in thanksgiving are donated to the West Northumberland Foodbank. The needs of those who receive bags of shopping go farther than edible goods so items for personal hygiene are also gladly accepted.
