Sweetly young

Today I walked through the reserve and into town, where I stopped to hear the Last Post being played and see the laying of wreaths at the war memorial outside the west door of the cathedral.  There were a huge number of people there watching - as well as the Army, the Navy and the Airforce.  Together with the decorated there were also a large number of cadets looking sweetly young in their uniforms and I'm sure making their families very proud.

After that it was back home for a quick lunch before Sis and Jax arrived for a tea and gossip session.  Very nice indeed!
