Christmas prep

I shopped first then sang with the lovely ladies and gents in East Runton. I gave them all a mouse tree decoration, which they all liked- and I liked being able to give them something different. Then I went home and put the shopping away, and spent a couple of hours cleaning and tidying. Not jobs that come naturally to me, but I've made an effort ready for a few people from our team coming tomorrow for a little team Christmas celebration. The first since 2019. We are all looking forward to it, and I'm going to make our Friday pizzas for 7.

This afternoon I went to the library where the poetry group were meeting. I missed last month's meeting so didn't have the subject for this month, but have been so busy I probably wouldn't have got round d to it. They were pleased to see me and it was nice to listen to the poems read by the others.

This evening I've prepped some veg and cheese for the pizzas, then made my Christmas wreath. All while watching the Harry and Meghan episodes on Netflix.
