Scrambled…

Tofu - for tomorrow’s wraps (with addition of a bit of vegan mayo).

Been a hectic time off work as my Mum’s flat flooded pre-Christmas, but happy to have had a day on wheels today getting her into her temporary flat. Blooming shame for her so it has been - but she is being stoic and today I had her threatening to biff me (that’s a good thing - there was laughter!)

Going to have a day out with Mr H tomorrow - a walk and a packed piece. Will catch up on comments and journals before return to work on Monday - so thankful to have had this time off.
