it flowers all year

My little windmill tulip - the flowerhead goes round and round in the wind. Nice bit of colour on a dull day. We had a tiny snow flurry this afternoon, must have lasted all of 5 minutes. Working on the little settee again for a while today taking measurements to cover the body of the settee. Hoping to cut out tomorrow. I bought the material last autumn.
