An email to Pat from the Buffalo Farm started today's adventure’. They had developed a blue cheese made from Buffalo milk.

Of course, we should taste it and also stock up on other Buffalo products including Mozarella Cheese.

When we arrived at Balgillo Farm, Pat also discovered that Buffalo milk is also on sale on a limited trial basis.

The minimum quantity is 2 litres and it is frozen. A handy freezer block!

The blue cheese has turned out to be very fine according to our tasting panel.

We lunched at Balgillo and enjoyed coffee and cake at the other Buffalo farm at Blacketyside Farm Shop.

We arrived home, unloaded the car of Buffalo Goodies and I took today’s Blipfoto.
