Hazel Flower

I went out to take some pictures of the Contorted Hazel catkins (about 4" long) and for the first time ever I noticed the very insignificant flowers.

The lighter mice from yesterday have developed splits (the wee swine).
I think what I will do is, instead of trying to hide them, make a feature of them and give them 'Go Faster Stripes'.

This afternoon we had an 'on-line' rum tasting with Matugga Rum. We had collected the two samples last week when we had the 'face to face' sampling.
They make some damned fine rums I can tell you.
