Mono Monday: As sharp as it could get

Apologies for all the small “dust spots” – it’s not a result of bad cleaning.  It’s the result of a clever investigation of what kitchen board to buy.  With this simple knife sharpener preparing dinner has become a joy.  Even my wife agrees.
