Millennium Square

It's a blazingly brilliant summer weekend. Alison & kids off camping with friends while I stay at home in an attempt to finally get on top of the marking and admin crap.

I got up early and went for a quick bike ride round the docks to blow away the cobwebs and feel the sun on my face. The weather this morning reminded me of when we lived in California. The docks reminded me of why we live in Bristol.

This is Bristol's own mini-version of Paris's La Géode. Our mirrored-steel sphere houses the planetarium of the @Bristol museum of science and engineering.
